The most common and affordable way to reach the island is by local ferry. All ferries depart from the same pier in Dubrovnik’s main ferry port, Port Gruž.
Passenger Ferry – Line 807 (Jadrolinija)
Take passenger line no. 807 operated by Jadrolinija. Šipan is the third stop on the route (first stop: Koločep, second stop: Lopud, third stop: Šipan). The ferry arrives in Suđurađ village. When you get off the boat in Suđurađ, you’ll see a bus or minivan operated by Libertas waiting. This will take you directly to Šipanska Luka. From the bus stop in Šipanska Luka, it’s just a 100-meter walk to your accommodation at Studio Apartments & Rooms Lela.
Car Ferry – Line 831 (Jadrolinija)
Car ferry line no. 831, also operated by Jadrolinija, docks in Suđurađ village.
If you are traveling by car: it’s a 5 km drive to Šipanska Luka.

Fast Passenger Ferry – Line 9807 (TP Line)
This state fast passenger ferry goes directly to Šipanska Luka. The ride takes approximately 45 minutes, and Šipanska Luka is the first stop on the route. From the pier in Šipanska Luka, it’s just a short 100-meter walk to Studio Apartments & Rooms Lela.
